We always serve the following typical German Dishes, or at least ones that "Mutti" and "Oma" would normally serve at home:
Sauerbraten, Wienerschnitzel, Schweineschnitzel, Ungarisches Rinder Goulash, Hüner Paprikas, Bratwurst, Knackwurst, Kielbasa. As appetizers you can't do better than Potato Pancakes or Herring in Wine or Cream.
Desserts include Apple and Cherry Strudel, German Chocolate Cake, Linzer Torte, Oma's Rice Pudding and our Homemade Ice Cream.
Seasonally, and as special treats, we also include Rindrouladen, Schweinefleisch mit Kraut, Jägerschnitzel, a German Chop Steak, usw.
